The 4-Week Roadmap to Reclamation

Each week is carefully paced to respect your nervous system, combining short, digestible video modules with gentle somatic (body-based) practices and reflective integration tools.

Week 1 – Honouring the Armour: Understanding Your Survival Responses.

We map the four primary trauma responses—Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn. You will learn to view your past adaptations not with shame, but with profound gratitude for how they kept you alive.

Week 2 – Dissecting the Strategies: Separating Survival from Identity.

We gently untangle what you did to survive from who you actually are. You will begin to identify the safety rules you wrote years ago and realise they are habits you used, not your true personality.

Week 3 – The War is Over: Signalling Safety to the Body.

Trauma lives in the body, keeping us trapped in the past. This week focuses on nervous system regulation and somatic grounding tools to teach your subconscious a beautiful truth: You are safe now. You are allowed to relax.

Week 4 – Who Are You Now?: Reclaiming Your Authentic Identity.

With the armour set aside, we explore the clean slate. From a place of genuine safety, you will begin to rediscover your true desires, unfiltered boundaries, and the authentic expression of who you are meant to be.
