Could life challenges hold you back from fulfilling your truest potential in your career or business? Is past hurt short-circuiting your personal development and frustrating your dreams?
At the SOAR retreat, we are providing a space for women who experience trauma to go deeper so they can grow in work and business.
One of the most fundamental aspects of loving ourselves is caring about our growth. So many of us live like fugitives on the run in our own lives. We are dodging and sidestepping and burying the pain of past hurts.
But we can’t live like emotional outlaws forever. Imagine what would be possible if you no longer abandoned yourself and could love and care for yourself the way you do family and friends! Through this retreat, I want to provide a space to grow in emotional intelligence, expand emotional capacity, and settle more into your gifts and talents. Accept your brilliance and be epic, just like God intended.
When we put off committing to our healing because of worry, pain, anxiety, shame, and pride, we become dissociated from our feelings and our bodies and ultimately from our faithful God-given nature.
What You'll Discover
Join us at Wounds to Scars retreat and blossom in confidence, build your self-esteem and soar into the future God desire you to have. Trauma underpins everything that we do. However, I believe that having survived the pandemic, we all have a story to process, and despite maybe never having childhood trauma, the program will still be relevant. Friday - the journey of self-discovery begins - you will receive a workbook to complete before the retreat. The self-discovery workbook will form part of our first session. The second session - making the unconscious conscious – Why do you do the things you do but you cannot seem to change. Learn how to understand and work with what’s in your subconscious mind that is influencing your behaviours and attitudes. Saturday - AM & Noon The road less travelled - looking at blocks to confidence and positive self-worth PM- Guided journaling session - "what to say when talking to yourself." In this session we will help you fix negative automatic thoughts. Develop positive self-talk and stop over thinking. Sunday - Out of the shadows - Celebrate your strengths Untethered from the past, soaring into your God-ordained future |
