Through guided storytelling, reflection, and spiritual grounding, you will be supported as you:

  • Begin to gently process your experiences
  • Identify and untangle the beliefs shaped by trauma
  • Encounter God’s presence in the places that feel most broken
  • Reconnect with your identity as loved, seen, and held by Him
