Grieve Retreat
Grief can feel overwhelming — heavy, confusing, and often very lonely. Many people carry their grief quietly while continuing with the demands of everyday life. Yet grief needs space.
The Permission To Grieve Retreat is a restorative weekend created to offer exactly that.
From 1st–3rd May 2026, join Cynthia Osei-Owusu and Joanna Daniel for a deeply supportive retreat designed for those navigating bereavement, grief, and loss.
Set in the peaceful surroundings of Hebron Hall in Wales, this weekend will give you the space to pause, breathe, reflect, and begin to process your grief in a compassionate and understanding environment.
A Safe Space to Honour Your Grief
This retreat is not about “moving on” or “fixing” your grief.
Instead, it is about allowing yourself the time and permission to feel, reflect, and gently begin healing.
Throughout the weekend you will experience:
- Guided reflective sessions
- Supportive group conversations
- Quiet space for personal reflection
- Gentle emotional healing practices
- Rest and restoration in peaceful surroundings
You will be surrounded by others who understand the journey of loss — creating a community of compassion, understanding, and support.
Why This Retreat Matters
Grief touches every part of our lives.
It can affect our emotions, our relationships, our sense of identity, and even our physical health. Yet many people feel pressure to be “strong” or to grieve privately.
This retreat offers something different.
A place where you can:
✨ Slow down
✨ Share your story if you wish
✨ Sit with your emotions without judgment
✨ Be supported by compassionate facilitators
✨ Begin to find gentle pathways toward healing
You do not have to carry your grief alone.
