    A Recent study suggests that nutrition is essential for our mental health www.mentalhealth.org.uk because of this link we have decided to do a 5-day juice cleanse and mental detox with recipes and daily plan.  Our objective is to help you get in the best shape possible both emotionally and physically.  Hopefully enabling you to function at your optimum.

    The link between low nutrients and low mood is also beginning to emerge.  I can attest to after the birth of our third child feeling fatigued beyond words.  I just could not explain it after many blood test my doctor told me I was low in calcium and Vitamine.  He said when the body lacks calcium it goes to the thyroid, and my thyroid was under active as it did not have enough calcium to supply the body.  It explains my fatigue and low energy.  I struggled with the day to day juggle of a full-time employee and a mom of three.  I made the decision to begin juicing; every day I juice one cup of green vegetables.  My personal favourite was spinach, parsley, celery and apples.

    We will provide a daily plan of juice and activities for you to engage in that will help balance your mood and put you back in control.
